How the booking journey works

The booking journey starts with your journey details. A trip is not confirmed by a page visit or payment return alone; it needs the supporting booking and payment checks to agree.

1. Share the journey details

Choose the service, dates, times, outbound terminal and return terminal. These details are needed to assess whether a journey can be supported.

2. Review the quote

A quote should show the trip-specific amount, expiry and required next details. A quote can expire, so it must not be treated as an open-ended price promise.

3. Complete the booking

Traveller and vehicle details are collected for the booking. Confirmed booking information and any operational instructions must reflect the final booking record.
